While based in Edinburgh, I produce a body of work that focuses on food across multiple cultures, communities and countries.
I’m a freelance food writer who has by-lines in several publications both in the United Kingdom and the United States including Delicious Magazine, Pellicle, Daily Meal, and Mashed.
While focused on features, I also have experience writing opinion pieces, reviews, and listicles.
Outside of writing I contribute to the food writing community through volunteering as a Special Officer at The Guild of Food Writers
