While based in Edinburgh, I produce a body of work that focuses on food across multiple cultures, communities and countries.
I’m a freelance food writer who has gained experience writing for several publications both in the United Kingdom and the United States.
After graduating from my MA, I moved to Edinburgh, where I worked for 10 months as a chef in a small group of family owned cafes. Being on the other side of the pass taught me many invaluable lessons about food.
As a fulltime writer, I am using this range of experiences to create features for publications such as Pellicle. Outside of writing I contribute to the food writing community through volunteering as a Special Officer at The Guild of Food Writers
